Responsibilities
Develop HVAC systems and solutions by integrating Trane equipment and controls with other leading HVAC systems, focusing on project scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and system validation; Collaborate with Account Managers to establish project installation budgets and prepare requests for quotations from subcontractors, including scope statements, plans, milestone dates, specifications, permitting, and bonding requirements; Oversee design processes, including conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through to construction documentation; Continually assess the efficiency of Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes, identifying and implementing improvements; Manage the transition of secured customers from Project Development through project completion; Assist with acquisition efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
