HVAC Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $45,760 - 58,240 per year
Requirements:
We require at least two years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems in both RV and marine applications. We need the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and HVAC sequences of operation. We expect proven experience with electrical wiring, particularly HVAC compressors and RV systems. We prefer prior experience in a customer support environment. We look for strong customer service capabilities and active listening skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and support processes is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
We will rely on you to serve as the main point of contact for customers and deliver technical support for our marine and RV HVAC products. You will assist customers with troubleshooting while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional approach. You will build a strong working knowledge of our products so you can respond to technical questions effectively. You will provide clear, accurate, and complete information using our established systems and tools. You will carefully record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. You will share useful feedback with management to help improve our products and documentation.
