Responsibilities
Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives, tracking milestones and preparing presentations for senior leaders. Support the design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by creating operational playbooks, configuration guides, and direct configurations. Analyze complex reporting data, synthesize findings, infer trends, and present results, including building dashboards and sharing reporting with strategic stakeholders. Evaluate innovative technologies and use cases, and configure and test large populations of security devices iteratively. Partner with internal training teams to update job aids and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics, and prepare technical documentation. Support Product Owners with compliance and audit activities, including maintaining KPIs and providing evidence of control completion. Engage with and influence third-party vendor roadmaps.
