CMMC Compliance Program Manager

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:
We need a bachelors degree plus at least 2 years of experience in engineering, technical or product program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. We need at least 2 years of government compliance experience at the federal or state level, or equivalent exposure such as CJIS, FedRAMP, or DoD SRG. You must have completed a NIST 800-171 audit from start to finish. We need at least 1 year of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team compliance initiatives. You should bring strong project management experience on medium- to large-scale programs. You need excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You should have experience supporting new and innovative technologies with professionalism, integrity, ingenuity, self-motivation, and resourcefulness. Preferred: 4+ years of experience with security control frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, DoD SRG, CJIS, GovRAMP, IRS 1075, or NIST 800-171. Preferred: Technical security and network experience. Preferred: End-to-end experience across the audit and certification lifecycle. Preferred: 1+ year of project management success in medium- to large-scale programs, with strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
We will manage and deliver large-scale assessment and audit programs focused on government compliance, including CMMC 2.0, SOC 2 Type 1 and 2, NIST 800-171, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 support. We will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategies and processes for our compliance initiatives. We will translate compliance needs into the tools and workflows required to build a scalable, efficient evidence collection program. We will operationalize the evidence and artifacts needed to support certifications and regulatory obligations. We will evangelize compliance requirements across our internal teams and our customer ecosystem. We will help engineering teams prepare for audits and related certification activities.
