Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain material handling control systems (PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks, motor controls, servo drives, frequency drives, electrical distribution). Monitor MHE performance metrics and resolve system issues with maintenance and operations teams. Provide first-line escalation support to site technicians in person and remotely. Lead Failure Analysis and Incident Review activities. Conduct building system reviews to strengthen material handling performance. Communicate technical issues and project schedules to building leaders and operations staff. Perform physically active tasks including lifting, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and using full manual dexterity.
