Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-connected network infrastructure; lead incident response and root cause analysis for complex network issues; manage global carrier services and connectivity across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas; maintain and improve operational documentation (diagrams, runbooks, change records); participate in after-hours/on-call rotation for critical incidents; design and implement network solutions for LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid cloud connectivity; configure and deploy Aruba and/or Cisco infrastructure; lead network hardware and software lifecycle activities (capacity planning, patching, upgrades); evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations; implement and support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and AWS/Azure; develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Git; write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Shell, or PowerShell; contribute to CI/CD pipeline development; administer Check Point firewalls and Aruba ClearPass NAC policies; provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Network Engineers; participate in design and architecture discussions.
