Senior ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $98,614 - 167,644 per year
Requirements:
We need at least 5 years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform. We need the candidate to be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. We need the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust. We require the candidate to reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work within the U.S. for a federal contract. We need strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting. We need experience building custom ServiceNow applications and tailored solutions. We need proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. We need experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and modern web development practices. We need hands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications. We need the ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions. Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or similar credentials. Preferred: Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and other AI features, with experience supporting or implementing AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments. Responsibilities:
We will have you continue developing an existing custom scoped application and related visualizations on the ServiceNow platform. We will have you maintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, and integrations. We will expect you to apply industry best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, high-performing solutions. We will have you partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to assess requirements and translate business needs into technical designs. We will have you recommend solution options, alternative approaches, and implementation strategies aligned with organizational goals. We will rely on you to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers. We will have you customize and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other platform technologies. We will expect you to configure platform features, workflows, business rules, and user experiences to meet business needs. We will have you build responsive user interfaces and visualizations using AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks. We will have you collaborate closely with business and analytics teams to understand priorities and deliver effective technical solutions. We will expect you to explain technical ideas and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. We will have you serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and best practices. We will expect you to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, high quality, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. We will have you participate in testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliable performance. We will have you maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team. We will expect you to stay current on ServiceNow enhancements, new technologies, and industry trends. We will have you identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance user experiences. We will rely on you to help evolve development standards and operational best practices.
