Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior fit-out and joinery works. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify quantities and scope. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for projects and tenders. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing and negotiate commercial terms. Prepare and submit interim payment applications and valuations. Monitor project costs, commitments, and variations throughout the project. Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders. Track additional works, omissions, and changes against the contract. Prepare and review subcontractor payment certificates. Assist with final accounts and project close-out. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Identify potential commercial risks and provide recommendations to management. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and contractual requirements.
