Systems Engineer - RF/EW Requirements & Arch

Salary: $110,500 - 198,422 per year
Requirements:
We need a bachelors degree or higher in Systems Engineering or another engineering discipline. We require at least 7 years of relevant development experience. We need experience with requirements decomposition. We look for prior systems engineering lead, SEIT, or architecture experience. The candidate must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a DoD Top Secret security clearance. The role requires the ability to support up to 10% travel. We can give preference to candidates with knowledge of Radar, Electronic Warfare, and Communications systems. Experience with requirements decomposition tools such as DOORS or DOORS Next Generation (DNG) is desirable. A masters degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred. Prior experience in the defense industry or a related environment is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are valued. Experience with systems analysis tools such as MATLAB or SystemVue is preferred. Experience with systems architecture tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody is preferred. Candidates must be U.S. citizens for security clearance consideration.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone to join our Converged Sensors Systems Engineering team and help develop advanced multi-function sensor capabilities. You will collaborate across lines of business and business areas to interpret requirements, shape solutions, and move capabilities into transition. You will lead performance assessments and requirements breakdowns across RF, Digital, and Software/Firmware teams for transition opportunities. You will support new business capture by creating artifacts and drafting proposal response sections. You will contribute to enterprise roadmap planning for multi-function sensors, including hardware and software/firmware sub-roadmaps. You will serve as a systems engineer for enterprise sensor, board, and component designs to help architect, prototype, demonstrate, and transition technology to FlexCREW systems.
