Complete rotation objectives across different areas of IT business, participate in three eight-month rotations in Application Development or Technology Operations, take accountability for issues by owning the problem-resolution process, join program meetings and projects, maintain a personal development plan, build a strong internal network of business contacts, deliver high-quality service to client inquiries, use appropriate tools to organize, analyze, and present data, develop strong knowledge of investment methodology and relevant systems, work with stakeholders to define scope and implement solutions, participate in special projects
