Responsibilities
Identify, integrate, and oversee strategic partners with established tiering and service level agreements (SLAs). Lead planning and execution of interoperability tests for major releases and new product introductions. Define device cohorts and testing matrices that include bands, channels, backhaul, DFS, client steering, and roaming. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and vendors to resolve interoperability issues before and after releases. Create dashboards and executive summaries on interoperability trends and critical remediation metrics. Suggest pilot and co-development initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences and minimizing support issues.
