Laborer II - General Labor and Maintenance

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to listen, comprehend, and adhere to instructions. Flexibility to perform in various roles. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education is preferred. Prior experience in a related field is advantageous. Ability to sustain prolonged periods of standing and walking. Capability to lift weights up to 45 pounds. Manual dexterity to operate diverse machinery and equipment. Physical ability to climb, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead. Tolerance for fluctuating temperatures. Ability to maintain different positions for extended durations, including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or walking for up to eight (8) hours. Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary (e.g., steel-toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat).
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning and lubricating equipment, keeping the manufacturing area free from debris. Organize and store tools as directed. Perform landscaping duties including mowing grass, tending to the yard, pulling weeds, and clearing snow. Receive training to operate a forklift during regular operator absences. Execute additional related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
