Lead new implementations and drive continuous improvement of business systems, processes, and policies; facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into use cases and training materials; manage multiple priorities including development, testing, and troubleshooting to meet deadlines; analyze data, identify insights, and implement solutions; compile monthly reports on operational performance metrics; serve as subject matter experts for MES and ERP tools; build project business cases defining scope, resources, budgets, and timelines; work with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and implement solutions; recommend and maintain user procedures and standard work instructions; create functional software design documents and collaborate on technical design; participate in system integration and user acceptance testing; provide status updates to executive sponsors; diagnose root causes and recommend corrective actions
