Salary: $83,200 - 124,800 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience. We expect 5+ years of professional front-end development experience. We need 3+ years of back-end development experience, demonstrating full-stack capability. We look for strong proficiency with at least one modern JavaScript framework or library such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. We require advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including familiarity with preprocessors like SASS/LESS or UI toolkits such as Tailwind CSS or Styled Components. We need solid experience with at least one server-side language and framework, such as NextJS, Node.js with Express/NestJS, or Python with Django/Flask. We expect proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, with NoSQL exposure such as MongoDB or Redis considered a plus. We require a strong grasp of RESTful API design and development; GraphQL experience is an advantage. We expect experience using version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. We value familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, as well as CI/CD pipelines. We need understanding of testing approaches including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with Jest or Playwright preferred. We look for excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities. We require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. We expect the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Nice-to-have experience includes serverless architectures such as Google Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions. Nice-to-have experience includes Sitecore XM Cloud or Sitecore AI. Nice-to-have knowledge includes containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Nice-to-have familiarity includes build tools such as Webpack and Vite. Nice-to-have experience includes DevOps practices and infrastructure as code. Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub presence are considered a plus. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques across both front-end and back-end is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
We design, develop, and deliver highly interactive, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces using modern front-end technologies. We build middleware functionality and connect front-end and back-end systems using the Next.js framework. We convert UI/UX concepts and wireframes, including Figma designs, into production-ready code while preserving performance and technical feasibility. We implement client-side logic, state handling, and asynchronous workflows. We ensure cross-browser compatibility and comply with web standards and accessibility guidelines such as WCAG. We optimize front-end applications for speed, scalability, and overall efficiency. We develop and maintain secure, scalable server-side applications and APIs using technologies such as NextJS, Node.js, Python, Django, or Flask. We design and manage databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions. We implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. We integrate third-party services and external APIs. We collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. We contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the technical direction of applications. We write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices and coding standards. We participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support junior team members. We troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the full stack. We stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
