Responsibilities
Administer and maintain computer systems, cloud and file services, and supporting infrastructure. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and application issues. Manage employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, including device provisioning and access management. Administer Entra ID, access controls, multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, Group Policy, and identity integrations. Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services. Administer Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and monitor network, internet, wireless, and remote-access services. Maintain endpoint protection, firewall policies, secure configurations, and vulnerability remediation. Develop scripts and automated workflows, establish patching and remediation processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff. Lead infrastructure and service improvement projects from planning through implementation.
