ICS/SCADA Cyber Engineer
Salary: $105,000 - 185,000 per year
Requirements:
We require five years of experience in control system network and security design. We seek ten years of practical experience across industry, government, and/or consulting in information technology management. We require ten years of relevant Certification and Accreditation experience. We need experience with IT project management using Microsoft tools. We expect knowledge of managing information technology services and strategies. We value broad experience with Utility Control Systems, Utility Monitoring and Control Systems, manufacturing and distribution environments, and other control systems outside standard ICS settings such as emergency management and public safety communication systems. We require experience with NIST Certification and Accreditation practices. We require DoD cybersecurity experience. We require an active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one, with eligibility for at least Tier 3. We require the Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional certification. We require an 8140-recognized certification such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or higher. We require U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities:
We integrate IT and OT security practices to protect critical Industrial Control Systems and SCADA environments. We implement security controls and governance approaches aligned with NIST SP 800-82. We carry out continuous monitoring and assess likely exploitation techniques and attack vectors against ICS/SCADA assets. We support security requirements throughout the full ICS acquisition lifecycle. We apply robust cybersecurity strategies across specialized critical infrastructure settings.
