Responsibilities
Organize and steer construction execution regarding cost, quality, and deadlines; Coordinate construction measures according to permits, plans, and technical regulations; Monitor construction execution and clarify open points with planners, structural engineers, geologists, suppliers, and prefabrication plants; Create construction schedules, BLB, and project/craft calculations including cost control; Ensure economic efficiency and review final invoices and advance payments; Control, inspect, and accept all construction, service, and delivery services; Lead the construction diary and create protocols and complete documentation in text and image; Determine material requirements on time, procure materials, and monitor and dispatch material deliveries and returns.
