Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or advanced analytics. Strong command of Python and advanced SQL. Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models. Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or comparable solutions. Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Nice to have: experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar ML libraries. Nice to have: experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed computing environments. Nice to have: familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD for machine learning. Nice to have: exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP. Nice to have: experience in healthcare, financial services, retail, or another data-driven sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to address real-world business challenges. Examine large, complex datasets to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Build predictive models, forecasting solutions, and statistical analyses to support strategic initiatives. Design and assess experiments, including A/B tests and hypothesis testing. Work with structured and unstructured data to improve business performance. Partner with data engineers to create scalable data pipelines and enhance data quality. Produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders. Monitor and refine machine learning models in production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify where AI and analytics can improve business outcomes. Keep up to date with emerging developments in AI, machine learning, and data science.
