Responsibilities
Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents involving servers, networks, cloud, endpoints, and security. Support Microsoft and Google environments including Azure, Entra ID, M365, and Google Workspace. Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents including phishing, compromised accounts, and malware. Administer endpoint protection, MDR, EDR/XDR, and identity security platforms. Lead or contribute to infrastructure, security, and migration projects. Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians during escalations.
