Salary: $58,240 - 58,240 per year
Requirements:
We require candidates to be located in the Fort Myers area and able to work from our office in person. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of WordPress development experience and related CSS expertise. We require at least 2+ years of experience producing high-quality graphic design for print, email, and web. We expect strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, along with WordPress and MS Office. Experience with responsive and adaptive web development is needed, as well as familiarity with the full website lifecycle from design through deployment. We value innovative thinking, strong conceptual ability, and a solid understanding of layout, clean code, and design best practices. We prefer candidates with experience using the Avada theme. We need someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision. We expect excellent proofreading skills, accurate time estimation, and strong in-person communication abilities. Advanced Mac proficiency is required. A portfolio and personalized cover letter are required with the application. PHP experience is preferred, and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
Responsibilities:
We build WordPress websites, custom emails, and graphic design assets for a range of projects. We create professional advertising graphics from scratch for print and digital use. We design, develop, and deploy WordPress websites. We produce press-ready and digital files that meet publication and printer specifications. We review files carefully for completeness and accuracy. We communicate creative concepts clearly and present design ideas effectively. We collaborate well within a diverse, busy team environment. We manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. We estimate project time accurately and work with minimal oversight. We deliver work for both print and online media to exact production standards.
