Application Integration Specialist

Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in application integration or enterprise systems. We need strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform. We value hands-on experience connecting SaaS platforms such as Atlassian and other enterprise applications. We require experience designing and delivering REST APIs, middleware solutions, and real-time or batch integrations. We prefer candidates who have supported production environments with high reliability and strict data consistency needs. Manufacturing or ERP-focused experience is an asset. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) is preferred. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is an asset. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) is an asset. Azure Integration Services certification or an equivalent credential is an asset. We are seeking strong systems thinking with an enterprise architecture mindset. We need someone who can balance scalability, security, reliability, and business priorities. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities are important. We are looking for a self-starter with an ownership mentality and strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills are required to connect technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
We will have you own our enterprise integration landscape, including architecture, governance, standards, and best practices. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Atlassian, engineering systems, and other SaaS tools. You will build and support APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations using Microsoft Azure technologies. You will create automation workflows that improve business processes and reduce manual work. You will monitor integration health through logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident handling. You will ensure data integrity, security, authentication, authorization, and compliance across all integrations. You will partner with business stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will drive continuous improvement by introducing reusable integration components and modern integration patterns.
