Lead and coordinate end-to-end disaster recovery tests and real-time failover events. Develop and maintain broad resiliency frameworks for development and infrastructure teams. Define and track Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO). Partner with application teams to automate disaster recovery provisioning using Infrastructure as Code. Drive resiliency testing scenarios and chaos engineering with native AWS tools. Work with SREs to build stronger detection capabilities using AWS Resilience Hub. Establish, maintain, and execute technical disaster recovery playbooks and recovery runbooks. Collect, govern, and report on disaster recovery test artifacts and resilience maturity scores. Promote adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices. Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle tools to increase automation value.
