Dental Front Desk
Salary: $43,680 - 43,680 per year
Requirements:
We need at least 1 year of recent, hands-on front desk experience in a dental office. We require proven experience handling General Anesthesia (GA) scheduling or other advanced hospital/OR case coordination for pediatric dentistry. We need someone who can work from our Camas clinic two days per week and provide dependable backup support for our Gresham location. We value strong proficiency with dental practice management software, with Open Dental and multi-line phone systems seen as especially beneficial. We are looking for an organized, detail-focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a genuine comfort working with children. Because this is a safety-sensitive role, passing a pre-employment drug screen is required. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
Responsibilities:
We oversee the daily appointment schedule, including detailed coordination, documentation, and tracking of GA cases and hospital/OR time slots. We welcome children and parents at the front desk, managing check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency. We support both our Camas and Gresham locations, serving as a reliable on-site presence in Camas and stepping in when backup coverage is needed. We process patient registrations, manage text-based parent communication, and keep digital patient records up to date.
