Responsibilities
Design and build high-quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Lead the use of internal deployment platforms, continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines, and twelve-factor development practices to automate releases. Create, maintain, and execute complex unit and integration tests, applying test-driven development where appropriate. Investigate and resolve difficult technical issues, including debugging production problems to protect software quality and performance. Identify opportunities to improve development and deployment workflows, then implement approved standards to increase efficiency and reliability. Produce and update detailed documentation for software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications to minimize downtime and speed up resolution. Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge with the platform engineering team.
