Responsibilities
Lead software development planning, including detailed design, coding, and unit, integration, functional, and system testing, Partner with stakeholders to shape system definitions and convert system-level needs into traceable software requirements and models, Review software analyses to identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and drive mitigation actions across the software lifecycle, Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and standards, Oversee test completion, verification activities, and issue resolution for software systems, Review products and processes to ensure alignment with project plans and industry standards, Mentor and coach junior engineers in software development, Work with multiple software programming languages
