Senior Business Analyst - Procure to Pay

Salary: $104,000 - 145,600 per year
Requirements:
We are looking for 5+ years of business analysis experience. We need 3+ years supporting Procure-to-Pay or procurement implementations. We require experience with enterprise software rollouts. We prefer experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments. We value proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, SQL, and Power BI. We need hands-on knowledge of P2P processes such as supplier onboarding, vendor management, catalog management, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, three-way matching, exception handling, payment processing, procurement reporting, spend analytics, contract management, and asset procurement. We are seeking strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders. We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. We prefer candidates with CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or a similar certification.
Responsibilities:
We will have you create as-is and future-state process maps for P2P workflows. We will have you define and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. We will have you convert business needs into technical specifications aligned with our existing environment and impacted systems. You will serve as the bridge between business groups, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership to keep priorities aligned and input timely. You will facilitate requirement validation workshops and stakeholder review sessions. You will work with stakeholders to collect and clarify functional and non-functional requirements. You will ensure requirements support regulatory compliance, customer service goals, and operational efficiency objectives. You will contribute to fit-gap analysis. You will help develop RFP materials by combining business and technical requirements and drafting scope and expected outcomes. You will support the definition of vendor evaluation criteria. You will define and assist with UAT coverage, test scripts, and traceability. You will validate go-live readiness and support post-go-live verification.
