Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and database structures to identify efficiency opportunities; Design and implement scalable software solutions within Dynamics 365; Develop applications and automation using Power Platform tools; Create and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, relationships, workflows, and business logic; Evaluate and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems; Produce functional and technical documentation including requirements and design documents; Create and run unit tests and perform system testing; Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions; Build dashboards and reporting solutions for analytics and BI; Train end users on configured solutions; Provide ongoing administration and user support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform; Maintain security roles, data governance standards, and compliance with IT policies; Help develop project work plans and proposals; Collaborate with IT to improve operations and system reliability; Identify and recommend technology enhancements to drive continuous improvement; Promote automation and technology adoption across departments.
