Responsibilities
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of structures, guest rooms, machinery, generators, water systems, and waste management facilities. Ensure continuous operation of power systems (solar, generator, hybrid), boreholes, water reticulation, and hot water systems. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Supervise landscaping, pathways, signage, lighting, and exterior spaces. Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team. Develop annual maintenance budgets and manage expenditure. Track inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials. Provide regular reports on maintenance status and asset condition. Contribute to planning and execution of capital projects, refurbishments, and upgrades.
