Monitor process capability through statistical analysis and recommend specification adjustments, Own the Quality Near Miss and On-Hold programs, Lead A3 continuous improvement initiatives and support Gemba walks, Analyze raw material inputs in collaboration with Process Engineering and Product Development, Develop and run test method validation protocols for new and existing processes, Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming material and track corrective and preventive actions, Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and vendors, issuing CARs and SCARs as needed, Coordinate ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and audits
