Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, patch, and troubleshoot Secure Agents and agent groups across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure. Support migration and modernization of PowerCenter workloads to IDMC, including assessment, compatibility remediation, testing, cutover, and stabilization. Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance; investigate logs, troubleshoot failures, and restore services. Lead incident triage, problem management, root cause analysis, and preventive remediation. Automate administration and operations using scripting and APIs; develop provisioning, deployment, and monitoring automation. Integrate deployments with CI/CD pipelines and support source control, version management, and automated deployment. Analyze and tune mappings, tasks, taskflows, and agents; monitor resource utilization and recommend scaling actions. Administer IDMC users, groups, roles, privileges, permissions, service accounts, credentials, certificates, and connection security. Coordinate with Informatica support on product defects and complex issues.
