Configure and test WAN circuits during turn-up activities, perform basic configuration and troubleshooting for network devices, develop scripts and automation tools for device configuration and reporting, partner with Engineering to update runbooks and operational procedures, serve as technical escalation resource for complex troubleshooting, mentor team members and share knowledge, track technician and customer issues in the designated system, compile and validate survey materials and submission data, produce end-of-day project reports, deliver proactive real-time notifications for exceptions, analyze jobs to support continuous improvement efforts
