Responsibilities
Perform procedures to ensure the safety of information systems assets and protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Review, analyze, and provide Tier III support for patches and updates, including testing the baseline in the Engineering Operations Facility (EOF) prior to release. Develop Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) with directions to apply patches, upgrades, and security configurations or updates to the baseline system in the EOF for testing in accordance with the STIGs. Provide operational experience in the implementation and sustainment of NetOps capabilities across all operational and strategic echelons. Coordinate, review, and maintain system documentation. Participate in special projects as required.
