Workday Compensation Consultant

Salary: $222,560 - 222,560 per year
Requirements:
We need hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation. We are looking for experience managing HRIS or HCM platform initiatives. We require experience designing and leading user acceptance testing processes. We need experience creating and maintaining reports within an HRIS environment. We are looking for strong documentation, requirements gathering, and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
We drive annual and company-wide compensation review cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation. We gather business needs and convert them into clear, actionable project plans. We design and lead user acceptance testing, including test case creation and timeline coordination. We oversee HCM platform implementation and provide ongoing operational support. We manage project schedules, communications, documentation, and team training. We perform data audits for HR programs and process improvement efforts. We integrate AI tools into HR workflows, testing, and documentation. We prioritize enhancement requests and manage a ticket queue for backup support. We build and maintain Workday reports to meet business requirements. We partner with Total Rewards to evaluate and recommend new technology solutions.
