Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans and test cases; Design and execute manual functional, regression, and integration tests; Handle client SPOC interactions and independently manage testing activities; Maintain testing artifacts and evidence as per defined processes; Support production validation and post-deployment checks; Act as a quality gatekeeper for production releases and support Go/No-Go decisions; Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Perform RCA for issues and provide inputs to relevant teams; Perform NFR and automation testing; Provide on-call support after office hours and during weekends on a rotational basis for planned deployments and emergency fix validations; Maintain SLA and KPI metrics; Ensure proper handover of activities to the next shift.
