Monitor enterprise network health and respond to real-time incidents; Triage and resolve circuit and connectivity outages including BGP events, tunnels, and VLAN issues; Use Cisco devices and diagnostic commands to isolate Layer 1-3 faults; Coordinate directly with ISPs and vendors to escalate issues and drive resolution; Communicate status and impact through email, phone calls, and documented updates; Prioritize multiple concurrent outages and remain engaged until service stabilizes; Follow established SOPs and help maintain documentation quality; Operate within a primary/secondary rotation that balances active incidents and support tasks; Support proactive monitoring and preventative mitigation efforts
