Responsibilities
Own deployment outcomes for assigned sites and data-hall waves, ensuring capacity units meet ready-for-service milestones. Engage from construction kickoff to verify deployment readiness (floor access, power, network, staffing). Maintain strong on-site presence during delivery, QA, and close-out activities. Coordinate with site leadership and partners through rack delivery, integration QA, power-on, network turn-up, and validation. Validate handover readiness confirming acceptance criteria, burn-in, and transition to production. Convert deployment lessons learned into program-wide improvements. Expand deployment processes to new sites and hardware platforms. Communicate deployment status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
