Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end corporate accounting function including close, consolidation, reporting, compliance, audit, and tax; Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across U.S. and international entities; Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP; Deliver accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and the Board; Own the external audit relationship and coordinate audit activities; Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment; Manage compliance requirements for sales, use, and property taxes; Lead the accounting technology roadmap and identify automation opportunities; Mentor and develop an accounting team of 4–8 employees; Partner with the CFO on M&A, debt financing, and investor relations.
