Lead end-to-end AM execution from build to shipment; Establish and improve production strategies for metal AM workflows; Lead advanced post-build quality assessments and process capability improvements; Develop and optimize post-processing strategies (furnace, depowdering, EDM); Own technical strategy for wire EDM processing of additive builds; Define metrology and dimensional control strategies; Create shrink-rate databases and compensation methodologies; Provide DfAM leadership for high-risk hardware; Lead investigations into AM failure modes; Drive cross-functional alignment for production flow; Mentor engineers and technicians; Support customer-facing technical discussions
