💡 As co- founders we take pride in the fact that people who have worked with us in the past, want to work with us again!

Great! Now let’s talk about You and this Role! 🙌

🎉 What will you be working on?

We're looking for a founding PM to join our early team. You’ll take full ownership of major product areas and work directly with the founders to shape the future of our platform. This role, will own creation of the key Data Assets and proprietary Data Sets from purchased, public and other sources, on which Reo’s data models and AI will be trained. You will also own the Data Quality and Coverage within the product.
More generically, you will be:

• Owning the datasets that are Reo.Dev's core asset - and turning raw signal into clean, labelled, model-ready data products.

• Building the data products that power intelligence for our customer

• Owning data quality and coverage as a product surface.

• Managing the data supply chain — evaluating and negotiating third-party and enrichment sources, building buy-vs-crawl-vs-derive judgement, and keeping unit economics and privacy/compliance posture (GDPR, ToS, PII handling) sound as we scale.

• Work closely with engineering and ML teams to ship fast, iterate, and improve

• Prioritize ruthlessly — know what moves the needle and cut what doesn’t

• Write clear specs, manage sprints, and keep the team aligned on what’s next. Own documentation of everything you have delivered.

• Be a true owner — think about growth, retention, and long-term value, not just features

👯 Skill we are looking for in this role

• This is a key role in Reo.Dev. We are looking at ambitious people who will lead Reo.Dev in our next level of growth. Hence we are looking at following qualities/ profiles

• You have at least 4-6 years of Data Product Management experience in early stage tech startups, ideally in B2B SaaS space

• You have a strong understanding of Data and AI Products, i.e. products that assimilate millions of data sources to generate intelligence.

• Strong technical fluency: comfortable in SQL, reading and reasoning about pipelines (Airflow/dbt/Spark or similar), and Python-literate enough to profile a dataset and prototype a labelling approach yourself.

• A working understanding of how modern ML and LLM systems consume data — training vs. retrieval, embeddings, evals, why label noise and leakage break models — enough to hold your own with ML engineers without being one.

• You have worked with complex / large tech systems and not just with linear point solution products.

👯 What qualities we look for in our team members?

While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you. Reo.Dev might be a good fit if you:

• Work hard, hands-on (that’s very important to us!) and want to grow really fast.

• Care about your work a great deal, find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.

• Execute fast.

• Are hands on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future and hopefully ever).

• Are someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.

• Have the ability to fail, learn and keep trying till you win. Start-ups are tough and we will not get everything right the first time.

• Have a longish view of your career growth and not optimising for the next 1-2 years
