Responsibilities
Partner with Program Managers to improve planning, tracking, and execution of complex product development programs; Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths; Drive consistent execution of key program processes including change management, resource planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and phase-gate readiness; Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on actions, dependencies, and deliverables; Support resource planning by consolidating demand, identifying capacity gaps, and providing visibility to leadership; Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for program health and performance; Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize Program Management processes and tools; Help establish scalable program-management infrastructure and best practices; Support continuous improvement by identifying execution gaps and driving corrective actions.
