Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the enterprise MDM environment using Microsoft Intune; Administer and support mobile devices and Windows endpoints across a large-scale enterprise environment; Develop, maintain and continuously improve endpoint and mobile device management solutions; Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies and security settings in Microsoft Intune; Support and manage device provisioning and deployment processes using Microsoft Autopilot; Provide 3rd-level technical support (L3) for internal users and customer environments; Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, mobile device and Intune-related technical issues; Collaborate with infrastructure, security, endpoint and other IT teams to ensure stable and efficient operations; Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT processes, security standards and documentation requirements; Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the endpoint management environment; Work effectively within a complex enterprise environment with approximately 40,000 managed devices
