Lead and grow Beca's ecology profile and market presence in NSW; Lead delivery of BAM-based biodiversity assessments; Provide technical oversight and review of BDARs and biodiversity assessment reports; Guide biodiversity offset strategy and approvals pathways; Support major project approvals including SSD, SSI and EPBC Act assessments; Mentor and develop ecologists and environmental practitioners; Build interstate and cross-Tasman collaboration with Beca's Victorian, Queensland and New Zealand ecology teams; Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients in Energy, Water and Defence sectors.
