Responsibilities
Assemble HME maintenance plans and schedules; Develop and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and 16-week maintenance plans; Coordinate with Execution teams to ensure safe and efficient workflow; Ensure task lists, BOMs, and PM01 operations have required parts ordered; Liaise with Parts Planners to ensure parts availability; Manage backlogs and forward logs; Coordinate with Mine Planning for equipment outage alignment; Manage opening and closing of work orders; Order parts daily; Assist with maintaining the preventative maintenance module; Assist with warranty claims; Prepare information for KPI, budget, and cost reporting.
