Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product categories; Analyze demand drivers, sales performance, seasonality, and customer trends; Manage forecast data, reporting, and performance metrics; Collaborate with Business, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to validate assumptions; Utilize Oracle Cloud SCM and other planning tools to maintain forecasting processes; Support New Product Introduction (NPI) planning by developing launch forecasts; Assist with product transition and End-of-Life (EOL) planning activities; Consolidate and validate regional demand plans; Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process; Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate forecast performance; Perform data analysis and scenario modeling; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes.
