Responsibilities
Generate medical insights from longitudinal clinical data to surface early disease signals and population trends. Build forecasting models for disease progression, biomarker trajectories, and operational capacity planning. Lead or contribute to operational analytics regarding visit patterns, throughput, and vendor performance. Design and execute studies with clinicians to answer clear clinical questions. Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, staged rollouts) with rigorous attention to power and significance. Author and maintain curated views and dbt models in Snowflake for clinician use. Build dashboards and analytical tools in Omni Analytics for decision-making. Partner with AI Scientists and Engineers to provide ground truth and clinical framing for model training.
