Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in the field; Support service activities, commissioning, and startup for new installations, retrofit projects, and existing customer sites; Communicate professionally with customers upon arrival and departure from job sites; Clearly explain completed service work, outstanding issues, recommended improvements, system upgrades, and potential replacement opportunities; Identify and promote appropriate add-on service work and system enhancements; Manage assigned service activities efficiently while meeting expected timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements; Assist with loading, configuring, and commissioning system- and network-level controllers as required; Validate overall system functionality and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with subcontractors, trades, and other project stakeholders; Communicate field changes and relevant technical information to project teams to support accurate as-built drawings and software updates; Maintain awareness of current safety bulletins, field change notices, and applicable safety requirements; Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and published guidelines.
