Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for mass grading, excavation, utilities, and roadway construction; Manage crews, operators, and equipment to drive sequencing and resource efficiency; Develop daily work plans and 2-week/6-week lookaheads; Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drain, electrical, and communication systems; Verify grades, elevations, compaction, and inspection readiness; Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; Manage crews and subcontractors; Maintain daily production reports and support closeout activities.
