Responsibilities
Lead coordination between Development, Design, Delivery, Commercial, consultants and contractors; Review designs for constructability, technical compliance, value engineering and delivery risk; Manage technical stage gates, design reviews and resolution of complex multidisciplinary interfaces; Support procurement strategy, tendering and technical evaluation of contractors and consultants; Oversee architectural, structural, MEP, façade and other key technical interfaces during delivery; Monitor programme, cost-plan and technical risks, identifying corrective actions where required; Ensure construction quality, specifications and approved design requirements are maintained; Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, defect closure and technical readiness for handover; Provide technical guidance and leadership to project delivery teams across the residential portfolio.
