Wipro Summer Internship Experience (WiSE) Program
The Wipro Summer Internship Experience (WiSE) program is our flagship initiative that engages students from business schools across India through challenging projects and real-life business problems, giving them a glimpse into Wipro's culture and business growth. We invite bright young minds to intern with us for a 2‑month period to exchange ideas and understand their approach toward solving the business problems presented to them in the form of projects. Some of the interns also get an opportunity to join our workforce after completing their summer internships.
Law School Program
The Legal and Compliance Team at Wipro actively recruits students from National Law Universities and other prestigious Law schools across India. Our Law School Program offers a clearly defined career path, allowing candidates to gain experience in areas such as corporate law, geography‑specific compliance, and legal risk management. Managed closely by Wipro's General Counsel Office, this program provides law school graduates with diverse roles, fostering comprehensive career development.
CA Hiring
The Wipro Chartered Accountants Cohorts Program is a flagship two-year early careers initiative designed to nurture newly qualified Chartered Accountants into future-ready finance professionals. Offered as a full-time role within Wipro's Corporate Finance function, the program combines structured learning with two rotational stints across key finance domains, enabling employees to build a strong foundation in business finance. Hiring is conducted through Campus Placements organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Through hands-on experience, classroom-based learning, case studies, and continuous mentorship from senior finance leaders, the program develops technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, preparing employees for long-term careers at Wipro.
Global 100 Leadership Development Program
Wipro started The Global 100 Leadership Development Program in 2015 and is designed to build a diverse pipeline of future leaders for today's rapidly changing business environment.
