Lead end-to-end Digital Manufacturing and Digital Transformation projects from initiation to closure. Work with customers to understand manufacturing processes and digital transformation strategies. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and governance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering schedule, resources, and risks. Manage project execution to ensure delivery within agreed constraints. Monitor project performance and identify deviations or risks. Manage scope changes and customer change requests. Drive issue resolution across customer and Siemens organizations. Ensure successful project closure including knowledge transfer and transition to operations.
